I bought my sister and her husband gift of the River cruise lunch as they have had a really bad time recently. When they tried to use the voucher (which is valid till end December) they couldn't get through, when they got through the person hung up the phone. They were going to use it for their Wedding anniversary which has now gone. They've tried many times to get through..... To no avail. This was quite an expensive item for me to treat them to and I'm so angry that they're struggling to get this experience on the River Ouse. I just feel if you're not going to get customer satisfaction, you've got to stop selling these vouchers. I'm very angry that they're still trying to contact someone. And it may be I'll ask for a refund if this doesn't happen soon. Extremely disappointed and more than angry.
