Delivery - the order was purchased on the 12th as a Christmas present. The gift box has not arrived. I hadn't noticed until the 24th. Will be chasing up tomorrow. A bit disappointed, normally the service is prompt and everything goes well.
Perhaps missing with the post office? Still to check, unfortunately it was too late to contact them on the 24th.
