Purchased a night away for my mum and dad, gave them the gift and paid extra for a weekend. No weekends were available at the hotel, so the voucher could not be used. It wasn't nice to see my mum's and dads face when they couldn't redeem it. Two stars, only because of the full refund, otherwise it would have been a one star. Wouldn't use again, the company needs to check with the destinations or activities that they have availability instead of falsely advertising.
