Got a voucher as gift looked in location I wanted found hotel paid &50 extra for another night.then with covid had to wait to book .By this time hotel had been taken off no more in area that we could use voucher.By this time couldn’t get a refund for £50 They sent a credit for amount tried to book luxury afternoon tea with voucher wasting lots of time trying to do this as it’s not as straight forward as they say. Still haven’t been able to do this more trouble than it’s worth would never go through buyagift vouchers again stressed out with the process.👎
