Being a first time customer, I must say it was okay but nothing more. I gave a voucher experience as birthday present to my son and daughter in law. I ordered a hotel Deluxe room as the experience, yet apparently the hotels have certain restrictions for vouchers specially if one is planning to book for a weekend. (the rates are expensive) The deluxe room which came with the voucher experience is unfortunately only available from Sun - Thurs which doesn't work for people in a job. Anyways, the hotel did give my son and his wife a standard box room but honestly I don't think its worth the value at all. I honestly thought because of the shortfall, they'd throw in a lunch or dinner for 2.... Anyways I'd prefer for next time to have more choice of luxury hotels with Lunch or Dinner as an option.
