What on earth is going off here, ring the phone a number of times to be told “Customer training” ring back later. Ring back later to be told the lines are closed this is at 16.45, this has to be the most difficult site to get hold of anyone. I have been going round in circles every time I try to sort anything out, this was a gift for my 70th birthday at this rate my two night hotel break will have elapsed by the time 2/12/2022 arrives. Someone give me a break, that’s a joke by the way.
