Absolutely awful, difficult to navigate the website but when we arrived at our hotel they wouldn’t honour the voucher.This was a gift bought by our daughter.Every time we try to spend the vouchers we have problems.This is the third time. I would never buy one of these as a gift gotanyone.
It ids virtually impossible to get a response from their customer service dept on the phone
