I bought a gift voucher for my parents to use when they were holidaying in London. We live in Australia. I had difficulty being able to login and received fantastic assistance. Sana was extremely patient and understanding. I was able to book the Fawlty Towers experience. The next day I received the sad news that the dinner show was booked out. Yet again I needed to contact Buyagift through the Chat room and they were able to reassure me that all I needed to do was email the venue and they would contact me back to confirm a new date. 48 hours later it was booked. Very happy with the service and advice.
