I ordered an email gift voucher and, almost a week later, it still hasn't arrived. I have emailed customer services, but got no reply. There is no customer service number as far I can see. The online chat service is only available weekdays, between 9am and 5pm,which is no use to anyone who works full time, and cannot wait around in a queue waiting to chat to someone.
I am really disappointed.
