Voucher bought before lockdown due to expire
Exchanged for wild pheasant -an extra£5.88-as we were holidaying close very off hand could not accommodate us
Tried unsuccessfully to change voucher again before expired
Each time we looked the extra cost went UP until our voucher was no longer recognised and no way to contact any one except Webb site that sent us round in circles
Very frustrating and time consuming not to mention waste of money especially as I have purchased so many vouchers as gifts
