Bought a gift experience for my niece for her 18th Birthday. Paid for next day delivery as I was late sorting and didn't want to risk normal delivery in case it was late. Having ordered on the Saturday and hadn't arrived by Tuesday (my niece's birthday), I contacted customer services to ask where the product was. The customer service was excellent, with a quick response I was advised it was due for delivery that day and that my next day delivery charge would be refunded. I received the refund instantly and the product arrived an hour later. My niece was delighted with her gift.
