Redeemed a gift voucher from Buy a gift via one of their affiliated partners Adventure 001 & unfortunately contracted COVID (positive test provide to them) the day prior. They refused to change my booking as we did not provide 7 days notice.l did not have COVID 7 days ago! Ridiculous!
They said it was my choice not go and apart from feeling very unwell how irresponsible would it be to go to an event knowing you had COVID & could spread it.
Shame on you buy a gift for being associated with such an appealing company.
