Several problems:
Logging in requires four different data items - voucher no, PIN, postcode, email address. That is excessive and increases likelihood of errors.
Looked for a show - found one which the calendar stated had availability - but no availability on seating plan.
No telephone no to call - only very very slow "live" chat with a long queue.
Would not recommend.
