Brought a £100 hotel gift voucher through them, given a choice of 4 hotels in the area that we wanted. Great, we thought. Checked in and saw on the receipt that the room rate was £38.50. Contacted buy a gift as it is a £100 voucher not a ‘night in a hotel’ and they said it can only be used once so we lost the rest!
Absolutely disgusting!! Please don’t anyone waste your money on them!!
