I started by signing up to emails and applied for the discount code to be used against a first purchase however when I went to book an experience the discount wasn’t available. No where did it say the discount was for certain experiences only therefore I had assumed it would be used on any first purchase. I felt let down and misled, especially as someone recommended your website to me who had previously booked the same experience and had been able to use the discount code.
