I have purchased many buys gift experiences and be happy. This time I ordered tge gift pack and it arrived without. I phoned and it used to be much easier to speak to customer services after recorded messages without an option for my enquiry. It was dealt with swiftly and well. I was sent an email mail with 23% off but when went to put in the code it said what I had chosen did not have tge discount. That had never been a problem when discount codes where given it was off all gifts. I have been shopping with buyagift over three years and I think my experience this time has changed
