Bought a voucher to go away for my wife's birthday. Asked to provide proof of address as the voucher was emailed to me, which I did in the form of a bank statement. Received an email advising my order has been cancelled and refunded.
Why bother asking for proof of address if you were going to cancel the order anyway?
