The ordering process was smooth. However I paid for next day delivery which was £7.50, I order this Tuesday and my parcel didn’t arrive till Saturday. I did call their customer service and got refunded the delivery charge. However considering this was a last minute gift and with next day delivery, the present didn’t arrive on time.
