I ordered this voucher on Thursday 18.4.19, in the morning before 10am as your confirmation came to me at that time, I know we have had Easter Weekend, but on other occasions your package to give has arrived really quickly. Unfortunately the person the gift was for left work today - Wednesday 24.4.19 and we could only give a copy of the electronic voucher - which was not as nice. In reference to your queries below - delivery was definitely not in time I have no idea who should be delivering I have not received it at all so do not know if it is damaged So far delivery has taken over 6 days
