Ordered a 3 course meal at the Gherkin,Searcy restaurant for my sisters birthday, It was ordered on Friday 7th June at 10-15 am , with delivery guaranteed by post for 3 to 5 working days as she was coming down from York . By the end of Friday 14 th nothing had arrived , so got up Saturday morning to phone about problem to be answered by recorded message saying customer is not available at weekend , phone Monday . I phoned Monday and was told my order had not been put through but did not offer any excuse and would now dispatch my order to late to hand to my sister !
