Was originally given a voucher as a present-due to an error I could not book the trip I wanted and a voucher was reissued. That was fair enough but the reissue meant I was too late to book the experience we anted in Brighton. I subsequently upgraded to a hotel stay but again was not allowed to book a night on the day I wanted. Not great as the person is coming from overseas to spend the weekend and the whole point of coming was to make use of the voucher.
