We bought a beatles story experience at first I thought that this was good value for money especially with some discount that I got as it worked out a lot cheaper than the door price, when I tried to use the voucher they were stating that it was not valid, and I had to go online to redeem this, I explained several times that I had done this but would still not work, eventually after being stood there roughly half an hour , the manager stated that she had, had a lot of trouble with these vouchers and that she would sort it out and to go through, the museum was not like I imagined it to be I found it too much and overwhelming, we do like the beatles but not to live, love and breathe them
