We went on the Glass boat on the Thames.The food was sub standard.It was meant to be a special birthday for my husband.zwe were located a waiter who spent all night fussing around a couple next to us who seemed to have different food .As a nurse equality is uppermost in all I do.We were treated appalling,waiting up to 25 minutes for a drink whilst our waiter took copious amounts of photos for the other couple. And even getting the band to play a song "Just for them,no body else".I could have overlooked the poor menu,and poor view ...not as advertised,but our service treatment was humiliating.I left tearful and hungry.What was meant to be a really special night was ruined.I would expect you to address this .
