Overall the process and the offers are great and the information regarding the details of each offer is great. My only issue has been with the last two events that I booked a luxury spa and an afternoon tea. I was very disappointed with both of these events I went to. So maybe more should be looked into the specific offerings from the venues to ensure they deliver on service and what you are buying
