I found it really easy to buy the gifts/experiences I wanted. The service was poor, I have requested an item to be in a gift box but it came standard. I phoned the customer service team who said they will send the gift box next delivery - which was great, however again the standard envelope was delivered rather the gift box which now meant I needed a refund on the gift box and I had to purchase my own else where - They were happy to refund but could not resolve the actual issue.
