I'm a tad confused. There is an extension, but I'm not giving the gift until later in August which we may not be under lockdown. Do I log in and activate the voucher now to get the extension? Which I wouldn't want to do as its not my voucher and its their experience to enjoy. I wanted to be able to but the upgrade so they would be sat next to the pilot, but this couldn't be done. It's for them to be done on the day, maybe a thought of extra add ons for that and photos of them. Also disappointed all breaks were just for 2 people, we don't have the luxury of a support network, would love a couple of nights away with our daughter and dog and pay a little extra, understanding myself would have to eat in our room, while my daughter and husband enjoyed the dinners. It would have been great if the voucher date could have been chosen when to start so it could have been kept as a keepsake too. I did contact customer support to see if the start date on the voucher could be after the purchase date, but this was not possible. They were very polite about the matter though and again it was still my choice if I wanted to buy at that time. Very easy to navigate around the site, lots I wish I could enjoy. Many will always remain a daydream. Some in the future a reality. 1st purchase, very nervous - I'd imagine if everything went amazing for the recipient I don't care about anything else, just what to choose next
