Thanks Buyee for considering seller's boxes removal in order to reduce weight and size. Unfortunately warehouse staff and support staff are in 2 different teams. Sometimes when warehouse informed consolidation completed, actually the removal is not completed yet but buyer complete the payment already (confused). Sometimes it produces extension penalty cost because of long storage as negotiation, responses & Q/A takes time.
