Asked customer service, they spent two days and told me my account is banned, they can't tell me why. Think about it, you have something really hot and want to buy them, how much time is wasted because their stupid techs, and their customer service. AND you think the order submission is automated, because everything seems to be like that, it is not, there are hours of delay after you submit. Is this website actually operated by real human labors??? Just avoid them. They are NOT trustworthy. A waste of your time. Just avoid them especially you are pursuing for something with limited availability, they will f*** up the timeline, and slow in response. Google Translate is your best friend, you don't need them.
