I bought from Buyee Japan twice and never had any problem. Being a proxy buying site, it takes some time (1-2 weeks) for the item to arrive at their warehouse, before they ship it out. They offer several shipping options of varying costs and a nominal handling fee. Even with basic Japan Post EMS, shipping is very reliable and relatively quick. They are great if you want to buy Japan domestic market goods or things which are significantly more expensive in your own country - I just bought an expensive camera lens and saved a whopping 25% (including shipping and handling cost, import tax and duties) which amounts to several thousand dollars!
