Ordered expensive Buzz Rickson jacket on 18th November 2023 from Japan Still not arrived in UK by 18th January 2024 two full months later!!! Track shows it never left Japan. It's just travelled from Osaka to Kawasaki and back to Osaka International airport where it seems to be stuck. Buyee even charged me an extra £35 to courier it back to their warehouse but it still hasn't moved multiple weeks later. Terrible customer support and lousy communication. Very unprofessional. They clearly don't care at customer support. I'm still over £1300 out of pocket and have requested a full refund but they don't seem to care. Totally incompetent communication. Buyee are not taking this at all seriously. I will get credit card company to pursue them now as I'd be mad to trust these clowns.
