Buyee has been an excellent service for buying hard to find items on mercari. I’ve used other proxy service before, and Buyee has a very simple and straightforward method/platform for costumers to use and feel comfortable with. My review with be solely for Mercari purchases. Pros: -Excellent customer service. They usually respond in less than 24 hours. -Simple platform to use and navigate to help find items - Multiple shopping options (currently limited due to Covid-19) - amazing promotions that customers would surely take advantage of. Cons- (sadly this is the biggest one for me) there is usually a small delay from the moment you choose to purchase and the moment Buyee actually makes the purchase. Because of this, I sometime have lost hard to find items since I could not buy it on the spot. - some sellers on mercari require communication for prices, but currently Buyee does not offer this service. They did provide an email that they are working on this and may offer it in the future. Overall, I have greatly enjoyed using Buyee and will continue doing so in the future.
