Made some purchases from Mercari and Yahoo using Buyee. The website is easy to use. However their customer service is lousy sometimes as they are not able to accede to customer's requests. They should be more flexible. If only they are able to request seller to combine items when purchasing from Mercari, i don't have to pay for service fee and payment fee for each item. Their service fee and payment fee are very expensive. Buyee should lower the fees.
