I ordered two N20 CPAP cushions. They sent me one F20 cushion. I asked for a refund. I said that I would return the product. They said that they DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS ever for any reason. They charged my card $55.00 I send the product back to them. I have proof of sending it back. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. They lied in their answer to my credit card company. NEVER do any business with them!!! You can most of the same items on Amazon for a lower price. I am going to file a BBB report. They are NOT a 1*star company. They are a minus 5* company. Also their customer service people are Rude and Stupid as well. Don't do business with them. I have a photo of the N20 cushion that I ordered and I also include a photo of the F20 which is what they sent. Their customer hangs up on you in the middle of the call.
