“Tube una esperiencia no muy buena con Buymedical y Osmolite 1.2
Mi hijo estuvo alimentado por 6 meses aproximadamente con este producto, la primera semana note que dejo de comer todo lo que le gustaba comer por la boca, crei que era una erupcion bucal, pero no volvio a comer mas por la boca, a l rededor del Peg le salieron llagas, pense que era el material del PEG, se lo cambiamos por uno mas largo , pero el nino le costaba dormir por el reflujo,luego le empezo a salir como forinculos en diferentes partes del cuerpo, y sobre todo en la cara, se le puso la cara llena de granos como barros gigantes e inflamados, le quite todas las nuevas medicinas para ver que era lo que le estaba causando eso, pero 15 dias despues aun continuaba peor , le quite totalmente la leche y como a los dos dias ya e.pece a ver que los granos empezaron a desinflamar y 8 dias mas tarde ya empezo a comer las cositas que le gustaban por la boca y empexo a dormir mejor, aparentemente este producto le producia tanto accido que le estaba afectando todo el sistema del cuerpo, parece que por corto tiempo su cuerpo lo tolero pero empezo a reaccionarle de una manera que di no se lo hubiera quitado , no se que hubiera podido pasar, tal vez mi hijo sea alergico a la soya o cualquier componente del producto, si alguien le esta pasando algo similar espero que le sea de ayuda, luego trate de devolver 8 cajas que me acabavan de llegar y me dijeron que solo descontarian $54 del envio y luego me descontaron $76 dolares y duraron vomo 20 dias para reenvolsarlo hasta que tuve que llamar para que lo hicieran.

“I have been using this company for less than a year and didn't have any problems until the last couple of months. I have had cases of Jevity in last two orders that were bad and they would not refund the full case even though only a bottle or two were used. If I had any problems with an order thru another company, they had no problem refunding the full case or replacing it I wanted. I have received my current order and several cases are leaking. After reading the reviews I see that I'm not the only person to have problems with this company and their customer service. Looks like I will have to find a new company.”
“I am furious with Buymedical.com, and their telephone rep, Melanie. I paid $121 for overnight shipping, which this company did not honor. Instead of arriving as promised and paid for on Friday, it's not going to arrive until Monday, which will most likely be too late. And to make matters worse, Melanie swore to me 3 times that the package would arrive on time, and then stopped answering the phone, probably when she saw my number. I don't appreciate being lied to and ignored. I'm going to dispute the charge, obviously.”
“05/05/24 Purchased on-line for some adult briefs in Large, thought I was purchasing a case of 96 but was sent the wrong size and only (2) packages by Fedex. I refuse the packages tried to send them back to the company in Grove city, Ohio - packages were unopen still in the original packaging and company customer service reps rude and unhelpful. I then file a dispute with my credit card company and medical supply company indicated no refunds or exchanges unless I cancel dispute with my bank or credit card company.”

“This company is an absolute nightmare. I purchased a case of a catheter urine collection bag that has a specific release valve for someone with poor use of his hands. When I purchased it, there was a picture on the internet to show what I was purchasing. What I received were these cheap awful bags that probably cost $1. When I went on the website to see if I ordered incorrectly, the photo was removed. I called customer service and they sent me a picture and it WAS what I thought I ordered but it was far from what I received. They mailed me another case AND charged me over $30 without my authorization. It was once again the cheap awful bags. I asked them to send me the bags I ordered. They said that is not likely possible (even though I can see them for sale on the website as individual purchases AND the webpage which I originally used to purchase the case of bags is still on the site. This company if fraud and/or a company that is sooo incompetent they appear like fraud. I suggest you NOT buy anything from this company unless you are looking for a lot of frustration and a test on your patience!!!!!”

I send the product back to them.
I have proof of sending it back.
I filed a dispute with my credit card company.
They lied in their answer to my credit card company.
NEVER do any business with them!!!
You can most of the same items on Amazon for a lower price.
I am going to file a BBB report.
They are NOT a 1*star company.
They are a minus 5* company.
Also their customer service people are Rude and Stupid as well.
Don't do business with them.
I have a photo of the N20 cushion that I ordered and I also include a photo
of the F20 which is what they sent.
Their customer hangs up on you in the middle of the call.”
