This company is an absolute nightmare. I purchased a case of a catheter urine collection bag that has a specific release valve for someone with poor use of his hands. When I purchased it, there was a picture on the internet to show what I was purchasing. What I received were these cheap awful bags that probably cost $1. When I went on the website to see if I ordered incorrectly, the photo was removed. I called customer service and they sent me a picture and it WAS what I thought I ordered but it was far from what I received. They mailed me another case AND charged me over $30 without my authorization. It was once again the cheap awful bags. I asked them to send me the bags I ordered. They said that is not likely possible (even though I can see them for sale on the website as individual purchases AND the webpage which I originally used to purchase the case of bags is still on the site. This company if fraud and/or a company that is sooo incompetent they appear like fraud. I suggest you NOT buy anything from this company unless you are looking for a lot of frustration and a test on your patience!!!!!
