we have just been to liverpool and manchester christmas markets wiith caledonian. our driver chris should have 5 stars, he was helpful, polite and kind throughout our trip. always asking if he could help in any way. the hotel was the skarisbrick in southport, food was lovely and so was the room. if anything was to complain about it would be the fact that on the coach, we did not get the seats i requested when i booked the trip. all in all it was lovely .
