I have just returned from the Torbay Hotel Torquay 7day holiday. I never expected a 5 star rated hotel. But a room without painted over dampness on ceiling and walls. And mould in shower room.And shower mat covered in mould, it was on the walls and no one could have missed it. Yet they still put us in room 4010. Even the carpet was covered in dirt and stains. The manager was a disgrace he didn't want to know and just passed it on to the house keeper who just came up with it was due a revamp!! Over all to many guests not enough decent room available. NEVER USE CALEDONIAN TRAVEL AGAIN. THEY OWN THE HOTEL .
