I have been dealing with Callaway golf off and on since its inception. I have bought numerous items throughout the years. Their clubs have always been exceptional when I received them from fairway woods thru drivers I have been pleased I did have a club once that I sent back because it had a small mark center of top sent it back and they sent a replacement same day which I was pleased when I got it very fast shipping especially in these days.I am a retired police officer if this helps Yes there not perfect but they will make it right and where else can you by a club and after a month of hitting it send it back and they take a small fee.
