I paid for Express shipment on a Callaway AI smoke 9 wood. I called two days later to find out that it had not been shipped as I already knew because I checked online. Somebody said they would call me back and make sure that it got out, again. Nothing another phone call and another phone call until I finally spoke to a supervisor who said that he would put it in his priority to make sure the club went out. I then said that I did not want to call back in which he gave me his direct extension. His name is Luke Wilcox I called him the very next day as I still did not get information which he promised that he would get back to me and either a phone call or an email. So I called got an answering machine. Approximately 10 minutes later I got an email saying that he did not have any information for me and would get back to me as soon as he had some. It is now 7 Days later. Still no information. No answering of emails. Calling the 1-800 number is annoying as you are on hold for as long as 20 to 25 minutes. I've then canceled the order and hope to get my refund because this is somewhat ridiculous for such a large company to treat their customer base like trash and disrespectful

Callaway sent wrong club (Christmas gift). They didn’t care. We sent club back-they never refunded the money. Spent over an hour on hold. Finally had to file dispute with credit card.

Purchased a ai smoke max driver, when it arrived the driver was not what I had ordered. Got with customer service and they graciously sent out another driver, it too was not a Ai max driver. I reached out to customer service again and this time I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Hayden. I told him my issue and he quickly found a solution and made sure that my replacement was what I originally ordered. I was prepared for a difficult time with customer service but Hayden did everything quickly and easily. Thanks for a great experience and yes I’m enjoying the driver and the quality is great.

Quality used clubs....the sales line is answered promptly....CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS.,,,does not pickup.....leave a call back......never call back...do not answer emails...........like what you purchase...........refunds will not happen

I decided to trade in my old Callaway Irons to receive a refund. Even though the value they gave was low, I just wanted to get rid of them since I purchased new irons. They received them 2 days after I mailed them. I was told by phone that it could take up to 2 weeks to receive a refund. It has been over a month now! I tried calling and was told by one of their robots that they were very busy and I had the option for them to call me back, which they never did. We as consumers are not Customers! We are a means for businesses to receive income. We don't get the money the product is worth because they have to figure in THEIR profit margin. Every busy that offers this service does the same thing. Everything is made over seas that saves them money, but decreases quality and then they jack up the price. They all know what their items are selling for by their competitors, so the prices are relatively the same and there's a reason for that. They all want to make the same profit. It doesn't matter who you buy it from, they all have the same product, so they all have the same shot at your business. So called Americans screwing over Americans for the sake of profit...how old is this story? Disgusting!

Worst customer service, no one will pick up phone for hours, no response emails. When the staff calls back they are rude and not well trained.

I ordered two new irons 7 and PW, like new condition was selected. The clubs showed up wrapped in plastic and appeared to be brand new. I then ordered the 8 and 9 irons, again like new condition. The clubs arrived in one box with no wrap or padding. Damage to one of the club heads and the grip on the other shows DEMO and grip is dirty. Paying like new pricing and showing up like this is not acceptable.

The bar code supposed to be for registration of the range finder 300 brings you to a support page that has links to manuals but no links for registration. That is very frustrating particularly when it e we ou of be so easy to build the appropriate screen/form. Otherwise the product is good bu the poor customer experience trumps the rest

Callaway Golf - the Grinch that stole Christmas. Ordered & paid for a set of clubs for my wife 3 weeks ago, and confirmed by email & a call to customer service that they were being sent. We called yesterday for the shipping status and were told Callaway had canceled the order without telling us and online order showed it was still being processed. One week before Christmas!! Many reviews with same issue.

They sent the wrong set of irons, now I can't get a hold of anyone for what to do. I advise anyone who gets an order to hold the UPS guy up for a minute and check the clubs, refuse the delivery cause this return and get your money back is impossible. On hold now for over an hour..

Order a set of irons, a sandwedge, putter and driver about a month ago. Everything came wrong except the driver. Okay cool, no big deal. However, I called, got a replacement scheduled to fix the issues. They never shipped, I call again and it turns out the order was lost okay great so they just completely refund the order. A week later I still did not recieve my refund. I went ahead a placed a THIRD order to get my clubs and they came wrong again. Each time I called I was on hold a minimum 45 mins, with times up to 3 hours on hold. Over a two week period I was on hold maybe 6 hours to get a refund, replacement, etc. Horrible experience. Apparently they have had a warehouse change and their inventory got messed up. Honestly, not my problem. For the trouble they gave me an extra 80 dollars to add on a replacement set even though I'd still be missing a wedge. IDK man I always hard good things about their service but this whole thing was a mess. I will never recommend them or use them ever again. Now I need to still find a set of irons from somewhere else after a month of back and forth.

I ordered a set of Clubs 2 weeks ago. After 4 follow up calls with customer service reps I was told that my clubs were shipping the following day. Now going into week 3 no clubs and no date for shipping. Trying to get through to a supervisor with no luck so far. I am beginning to think I have been scammed out of almost $600 that they billed to me credit card on the day of the sale on November 18th. So far no one I have spoken with has offered any information as to why the order has been delayed. They just keep saying that it will ship tomorrow. Last week they offered to reduce the price as well but so far no credit back on my card either. Just a word of caution to anyone considering ordering on- line from here.

I wish I had a product to review.Ive waited 7 days for my order, when I got it,it was the wrong order, I was told the correct order would be sent,next day air, and when that came it was again the wrong order, currently I'm still waiting for my Correct order,they're excuse was they're in the process of changing facilities....so I guess that's my problem why I received 2 wrong shipments and still waiting for the correct one,I'm beyond dissatisfied.Is this the way Callaway runs a business and treats customers....totally Unacceptable.....I paid for my order, where is It order no.8814868

I have purchased and traded clubs with Callaway Pre-Owned several times and the quality has always been great. I recently purchased a set of P790 irons and after my 3rd round I noticed the 7 iron had a crack in the face. I was prepared for a long return process and a difficult time on the phone with customer service however I was blown away by the response. Preston my customer service rep did everything right. I told him my issue and he quickly found a solution, even made sure that my replacements had the grips I originally ordered. I was blown away by the response and how quickly and easily he made the process. I will continue to tell all my fellow golfers about the value and the value-added service provided by Callaway Pre-Owned. Customer for life.

I've ordered woods before and was happy with the results, price and level of service. However, I never had any luck buying an Iron set with this company. Biggest problem is they use "Stock" pictures and not "Actual" Pictures of clubs your wanting to buy. The info they put on description is incomplete and lacks many important details. Doesn't tell your brand, size or condition of grips. Just sent back a set of PXG 0311 Gen3 Irons because condition was not nearly what I expected. Sent them back next day and they received back last Friday 04/19/24. I called and talked to rep and ask about time frame of refund and was told 2 or 2 1/2 weeks. REALLY!! They charged your credit card instantly on the spot, but take over 2 weeks to refund your money. I'm telling you, I buy from all over the place and refunds are generally as fast as payment. Amazon usually refunds immediately or as soon as I drop item off at UPS. eBay, other online and sellers/places I deal with directly refund upon receipt of return shipment. Before ordering from Callaway Pre-Owned, check all you can before buying, because it's takes 2 weeks or longer to get YOUR money back. I find it simply Outrageous and completely uncalled for.

I see alot of unhappy people commenting about Callaway pre owned in a negative way This has not been my experience with Them I have been purchasing clubs from them for years around 12 yrs To date Honestly the customer service from Callaway pre owned has always been exceptional over the years just wanted to voice my opinion because I was actually surprised about some of the comments I have read in fact always 5 star 🌟 service if you want better clubs spend the extra money and purchase outlet condition or Like new only then you shod not have any issues with condition Thanks and enjoy !!!

Bought a Rogue ST LS driver like new from the pre owned center and here is the results. At least a 2 year old model for $253 OTD. Weights scratched in the back of club. Generic headcover not the stock headcover that comes with the driver. No wrench REALLY poor quality grip. So the deal I thought I was getting I had to go out and purchase the right headcover and a decent grip so add that to the price not to mention the wrench and it was not such a good deal. Unsubscribing from Callaway preowned.

Ordered the 2018 LH Callaway Edge set (in green) and received a RH gold set. Been on hold for 40 minutes and still no answer. This is terrible.

The clubs and service are first class but the links on the website simply don't work most of the time. You end up just rotating back to the page you were at previously to shop now.
