Although the club I purchased was fine. The problem I have is I traded a club in. It has now been 31 working days and my $$ for the trade has not hit my account. Customer service is non existent. Called their customer support. Futile. Impossible to get through. I have purchased several clubs from them and it seems they drag their feet on trade ins. I expect this the last time they will see business from me

Ordered a Callaway B23 5 iron from them. Received wrong club. Couldn't for the life of me get a hold of any of their customer service reps on the phone after 6 or more tries and waits of over 45 minutes. Never ever will I buy from this company again. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. In fact, Non existent is more accurate.

I ordered the Calkaway Ai smoke max driver, in like new condition, I got the club wrapped in original new wrapping, if it's used it was never hit. Thank you for your great quality and service.

Bought a set of rouge st irons pw to 5 set, they listed them as average condition and they are far worse than average condition and they sent me a regular flex 5iron instead of a stiff flex witch I did not see until I got them re gripped and the shop that did it pointed out to me. For 200 dollars more I could have got them brand new a set with a 4 iron as well. I wish I didn’t jumped the gun and get new grips on them right away or I’d ask for my money back so learn from my mistake just get them new and don’t let saving 200 dollars stop you like it did me.

Left 5-6 orders worth over $4K and had an issue with a club that had the wrong shaft. Order status was processing and I tried many avenues to have them not send it so we didn't have to deal with months long return process. After getting a call back from an incredibly rude employee, I was told he would "send and email" to those that could help as they were gone for the day (it was around 4:00pm which is pretty early, especially since they are in "busy season") He said he would get back to me in the morning.....nothing, then at 1-2pm, status showed it was shipped....so here we go....on a side note, golfdiscount.com responded to a similar issue within hours and wrong club was never shipped and they were very friendly....Ill spend my money elsewhere next time.

On hold for 1.5 hours, never picked up. Only way to facilitate a return is call in to the 888 number. Never picked up. Will need to dispute the charge due to lack of response.

Disappointed to receive the wrong club, different than what I ordered. Now my only option was to take a different loft than needed. Hopefully it works. Definitely a poor experience from a customer standpoint. Preowned website needs revamping with training from customer service to warehouse. Definitely leaving poor reviews anywhere I can be heard to hopefully get your attention and create change. This is the second time I’ve been screwed over by being sent the wrong club

Sent the wrong club -supposed to be a Christmas gift. We returned that club. Was approved for a refund but they never credited the return. Had to file a dispute with credit card company. Terrible business

Jeremy was my sales representative and he was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Callaway clearly values their customers and there superlative team is why I play with Callaway golf clubs.

I got the wrong club and when I tried to return it they only offered me an in store credit. This is totally dishonest. I would never but from them again.

I ordered a Callaway driver on 1-3-25. It was finally shipped and i received on 1-21-25. They shipped me a different driver than I paid for. I initiated a return on the 21st, and they received in Texas on 1-27-25. Since then, they do not communicate to me and I am still waiting for a refund of the $320 that I paid them. I have been on hold on the phone with customer service for 42 minutes this time and still nothing. I have emailed twice with no significant response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS vendor. They just moved their warehouses and have no idea what they are doing.

Takes too long to get someone on the phone. Takes way too long to get refunds on returns. Hire some people!

Hello my fellow golfers, it’s with a heavy heart that I have to come here to warn, and inform my fellow golfers of a bad experience with my favorite golf brand. Recently I had to file a transaction dispute with my bank on Callaway Pre-Owned because the company charge my credit card $569.13 for a set of iron club that I ordered but never received. I find this very disheartening and shocked I might add, because I’ve always thought that Callaway golf was a well respected brand name in the golfing world. I trusted this company with my personal, and financial information, and in return I was taken advantage of. Be smarter guys, beware of Callaway pre-owned website. Make the right decisions and seek other companies to purchase any and all future golf products.

Just recieved my apex dcb irons. Ordered like new, recieved brand new. Couldnt be happier. Have ordered from them and Callway and never had an issue at all. Surprised at some of the negative reviwes tbh. Keep up the good work and I'll keep coming back.

I paid for Express shipment on a Callaway AI smoke 9 wood. I called two days later to find out that it had not been shipped as I already knew because I checked online. Somebody said they would call me back and make sure that it got out, again. Nothing another phone call and another phone call until I finally spoke to a supervisor who said that he would put it in his priority to make sure the club went out. I then said that I did not want to call back in which he gave me his direct extension. His name is Luke Wilcox I called him the very next day as I still did not get information which he promised that he would get back to me and either a phone call or an email. So I called got an answering machine. Approximately 10 minutes later I got an email saying that he did not have any information for me and would get back to me as soon as he had some. It is now 7 Days later. Still no information. No answering of emails. Calling the 1-800 number is annoying as you are on hold for as long as 20 to 25 minutes. I've then canceled the order and hope to get my refund because this is somewhat ridiculous for such a large company to treat their customer base like trash and disrespectful

Callaway sent wrong club (Christmas gift). They didn’t care. We sent club back-they never refunded the money. Spent over an hour on hold. Finally had to file dispute with credit card.

Purchased a ai smoke max driver, when it arrived the driver was not what I had ordered. Got with customer service and they graciously sent out another driver, it too was not a Ai max driver. I reached out to customer service again and this time I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Hayden. I told him my issue and he quickly found a solution and made sure that my replacement was what I originally ordered. I was prepared for a difficult time with customer service but Hayden did everything quickly and easily. Thanks for a great experience and yes I’m enjoying the driver and the quality is great.

Quality used clubs....the sales line is answered promptly....CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS.,,,does not pickup.....leave a call back......never call back...do not answer emails...........like what you purchase...........refunds will not happen

I decided to trade in my old Callaway Irons to receive a refund. Even though the value they gave was low, I just wanted to get rid of them since I purchased new irons. They received them 2 days after I mailed them. I was told by phone that it could take up to 2 weeks to receive a refund. It has been over a month now! I tried calling and was told by one of their robots that they were very busy and I had the option for them to call me back, which they never did. We as consumers are not Customers! We are a means for businesses to receive income. We don't get the money the product is worth because they have to figure in THEIR profit margin. Every busy that offers this service does the same thing. Everything is made over seas that saves them money, but decreases quality and then they jack up the price. They all know what their items are selling for by their competitors, so the prices are relatively the same and there's a reason for that. They all want to make the same profit. It doesn't matter who you buy it from, they all have the same product, so they all have the same shot at your business. So called Americans screwing over Americans for the sake of profit...how old is this story? Disgusting!
