Having bought 5 cars from them over a span of 10 years with excellent customer service from Micheal Matt and Ross etc (they know who I mean). I recently received a rather robust request for payment of a service completed 3 weeks after is was completed! I have explained that sales pick up the costs of my first service, the staff member whom this was agreed with has since left (although he was there on the day of the service) Vindis are now pursuing money for a service that should have been included. I am in discussion with senior management to try to resolve this frankly embarrassing saga. I will keep you updated.
