“I gave the car for repairs promised will have it back on Friday , not looked at it until I contacted on Friday morning . Engine fault light was coming and going on for months reported never looked at it properly diagnostic 380 money is what they want , job not done on time or poor response there are better places out there who do things same day than established overpriced dealer not happy , wouldn’t even bother reporting back on the update .”
“No customer empathy from the Head of Business Growth. I was trying to raise an issue to be fed back into the Audi brand, the only response I received was 'why are you using that tone with me' repeated on several occasions. Quickly I realised he had no customer care, so I asked him to go back to what he was doing, which he swiftly did. The junior adviser apologised for my customer experience! I left feeling shocked and upset at such appalling treatment.
I will not be returning.”

Customer service has gone.
Having bought 5 cars from them over a span of 10 years with excellent customer service from Micheal Matt and Ross etc (they know who I mean).
I recently received a rather robust request for payment of a service completed 3 weeks after is was completed!
I have explained that sales pick up the costs of my first service, the staff member whom this was agreed with has since left (although he was there on the day of the service)
Vindis are now pursuing money for a service that should have been included.
I am in discussion with senior management to try to resolve this frankly embarrassing saga.

“1:Firstly car was not full prep on delivery so car had to go back to touch up on few things
2: Been financially misled on the whole deal over the phone on my purchase and ended up in a deficit of around £900 which they now accusing me rather than trying to acknowledge their mistake and to resolve the situation. Furthermore after sales they kept creating and making new order form or supplementary order form to make me sign. So overall am not pleased at all. Wish I went on with my offer I had with Bmw which Vindis Audi promised to price match which obviously they didn’t honour. Very poor customer service.
I am now adding few more notes further to the reply of Richard Hillier who in all facts has done nothing to resolve the situation and what was said and promise to me over the phone to convince me over the purchase has been clearly not honoured and me dealing good faith has proven me absolutely wrong. So to all please don’t believe a word that is said over the phone on a purchase it’s all lies and will not be honoured and will leave you frustrated and unhappy just like I am.
My sales has been based on lies.”
