Dear Campfire Review Dept., Thank you for your consideration and email response, as I was planning to phone and express my customer experience and appreciation that I received during my phone conversation with your salesperson Jenna? Because the phone connection was less than adequate, (to say the least), it was difficult even make out her name - I'm assuming (hoping), it was either Jenna or Jenny. However, as a "reluctant first-time" customer, Jenna was very patient and considerate given the degree of difficulty to communicate. As a result, she made quite an impression with me regarding both my overall choice of product, as well as my online policy concerns, givin the circumstances. Obviously, Jenna's genuine care and helpful assistance did not go unnoticed. We need more people like her in our world today. I'm hoping you will agree and acknowledge her efforts as well. Mark
