I had been wanting to get an Oveja Negra Bodega full frame bag for an upcoming bike packing trip through the Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument, and didn't have my bike with me. I called Campfire Cycling shortly before they were to close for the day and got a great rep on the phone who took the time to measure a bike of the same brand and size as mine to get the correct size. He was completely helpful and patient with my questions. Once we had the size figured out, he told me if I went to the on-line ordering site, there was still time to get the bag out with the afternoon's shipments. Within a few days I had received my order and put it to use immediately. Great service and great product!
