I am totally new to bikepacking and know very little about bikes. I went in to get help with a bike I bought off Craigslist. The Tucson shop was so helpful!
Toby helped me adjust the fit of the bike, showed me the various ways to use packs from the store, and made suggestions of items that Campfire doesn’t even carry to complete my setup. Best of all, he treated me with a ton of respect even when I asked dumb questions. Best shop ever!
