Hi, I appreciate the service. Being able to order from you direct and have my bike shipped from Salsa to you, for assembly and testing before being shipped to me was great. The price was fantastic as well. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because the gear indexing was way off. Whoever assembled the bike obviously didn't fully test it. The gears wouldn't even move into the four lowest gears on the rear hub. The cable had way too much slack in it. After 3 hours of messing with it and the limit screw, I finally got it working right. If everything had been "ready to ride" I would have given 5 stars.
