I called short notice to see if I could get my bike boxed up following for a flight following completion of Great Divide Mountain Bike Route. Toby assured me he could squeeze me in….and then did the best and most thoughtful packing job I’ve ever had done…including those I’ve done myself. I even had one of those flexible short Mtb front fender things. Toby removed it to keep it from getting creased and bent…and then included a baggie of fresh zip ties for reinstall at my destination. TSA opened and inspected the box and everything arrived without an additional scratch. Reassembly was a breeze and everything functioned as it should. I don’t live in Tucson, but my sister does. 2nd time I’ve been in the shop and customer service both times were the best out of any bike shop I’ve ever been to…and at almost 50 years old and 13 long distance moves with the military….I’ve been to quite a few all over the country.
