I tried to purchase a Westport collar for a rear rack in Canada but have not been able to for the last several months. It appears that they are only available in the US. I found Campfire was selling my size so I ordered one. Although the cost with delivery was much more expensive, the experience of getting it without delay worked very well. Thank you!
