I found CampfireCycling.com while on a search for Ortlieb Pannier parts. The parts in question: the infamous “Top Hook Inserts”, which go missing (and I’m sure return to Germany) are Small Bits. An almost insignificant order filled and shipped promptly. The profit from my transaction wouldn’t buy Josh and company a small can of trail beans. Yet, three days later, to my mailbox in Northern (Lower) Michigan, came the bushings. Brilliant! No more bag rattle or the need for wraps of duct tape.
