Product I wanted was in stock and the discount irresistible. Shipping was timely. I already have a medium Revelate Ranger bag so the product was familiar to me. I added a small for a new frame I'm building up. Doesn't fit as well on the medium Salsa Timberjack as it did on the Salsa Fargo. Not Campfire's fault. I haven't decided whether to send it back or not. That's when customer service usually is tested.
