Hi Josh, I hope you're reviewing these and can edit out the constructive criticism, which I will get to first. #1 I signed up for your newsletter and received a bunch of emails immediately and was unable to find the one with the shipping confirmation. This could have been a problem with how my email program searches, but I felt like I needed to call to get shipping confirmation. I'm not very tech savvy so I have no suggestions. Other problem I had was with FedEx. I appreciate the need for a signature, but my experience with FedEx has been mixed. I live in the sticks and my garage faces my driveway. for what ever reason the drivers will not ring my doorway, so unless I post up in the yard all day they leave a note and drive off, requiring phone calls and arainging alternative drop offs ect ect. Again I dont really have any suggestions. Now on to the review: Campfire Cycling had the best prices on Ortlieb bags that i could find and excellent customer service. I will most likely order again.
